Hassine, Nadia Behaj

Nadia Belhaj Hassine is a citizen of Tunisia. She has been an AGRODEP member since October 2010. At present, Nadia Belhaj Hassine is a Senior Economist at the Economic Research Forum. In this position, she leads a project on inequality and poverty in the Arab region, and conducts research on rural development and agricultural development. Before joining the Economic Research Forum, Nadia worked for University of Economics and Management of Nabeul (FSEGN) in Tunisia. She holds a B.A. degree in Finance from lnstitut des Hautes Etudes de Carthage (IHEC) Carthage in Tunisia an M.A. in Quantitative Methods from University of Economics and Management of Tunis in Tunisia (FSEGT), and a Ph.D. in Economics from University of Social Science of Toulouse in France. Her research interests include Agricultural economics, poverty and inequality, environment, Micro and Macro modeling.
